B2B Wholesale & Trade Purchasing
Please read these terms carefully. By purchasing till rolls or requesting samples from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern B2B wholesale transactions managed by Loorolls.com Ltd.

2. Order Acceptance & Invoicing
When you complete an order checkout, you will receive an automated order receipt email. A legally binding contract is only formed when we dispatch the goods and issue a formal HMRC-compliant VAT invoice to your registered email address.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if goods are out of stock, if billing details cannot be verified, or if there has been a pricing or product description error. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund immediately.
3. Pricing & VAT
All wholesale pricing displayed on our shop listing is subject to standard UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Dynamic toggles are provided on the website to view prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT for B2B convenience. VAT will be itemised separately on your final invoice.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Pallets
We deliver to mainland UK addresses. Our standard shipping terms are as follows:
- Free Delivery: Applicable on B2B orders totaling £250 net or more.
- Carriage Charge: A flat rate of £8.95 applies to orders under £250 net.
- Pallet Shipments: All full pallets are delivered Free. Bulk orders may be shipped on pallets; the buyer must ensure their premises can accept pallet deliveries (suitable truck access, flat surface, tail-lift requirements).
- Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM on working days are dispatched the same day from our Wirral warehouse.
- Courier Delivery: Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 working days. Courier updates and tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch.
5. B2B Returns, Shortages & Damaged Goods
As a commercial B2B supplier, our returns policy differs from consumer retail:
- Damaged or Defective Goods: Any damage during shipping or shortage in the box count must be reported to our hotline within 3 working days of delivery. We will issue replacements or a credit note immediately.
- Change of Mind Returns: We accept returns of unopened boxes in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return carriage costs. A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover administration and inspection.
- Custom Printed Orders: Custom-made contracts or till rolls printed with unique branding cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
6. Limitation of Liability
Epos Till Rolls (Loorolls.com Ltd) shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business interruption, or hardware downtime arising out of the use of our products. While we design our paper to prevent dusting and machinery jams, we cannot guarantee individual machine performance.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
